You probably have ambition right? You probably have goals too. You have a picture of what you would like your life to look like in 5 or 10 years.

I ran into some advice recently that really gave me a kick in the butt and I want to share it with you all. What’s the one thing that is common among those that are successful?
One word: ACTION…
How many times have you had a goal and created an actual plan to accomplish it? Many times this is where people fail. So many people have awesome ideas and they say things like:
“I’ll start it when I get more information.”
“I’m not experienced enough yet.”
“Nobody will support me.”
“It’s unrealistic right now.”
These are all just excuses that people create that allow them to procrastinate or never attempt something at all. Even if you attempt something and it starts out horrible, at least you started. Learn as you go and become better. You will never be perfect at something the first time you attempt it. Whatever idea or goal it is that you have in the back of your mind write it down and list out the steps of action you are going to take RIGHT NOW to get there.
If something is worth doing it’s worth doing badly, to start out at least.
Don’t be that person that grows old, looks back on their life and is full of regret. I wonder what would have happened if I had just tried or if I had taken that chance. Don’t wonder anymore, you are in control! Take no more than a week to come up with a plan of action. Spend the rest of your time actually carrying out the plan. You will be surprised how much more you accomplish in your life. Use this piece of advice with everything in your life. Fitness, career, family, etc.
